I feel like I have made it to the top.
I have reached heights that even the mighty & infallible (no?) blog of Dan Hames has found insurmountable.
Ladies & gentlemen: my blog is the first hit for my name on a google search.
The pride is unbelievable - the simple things.
Please note, I didn't find this out by my vanity, but through mucking around with some mates.

just tried it and it came up second... don't feel too down though, i don't know if mine even comes up when you put in my name (not tried it yet though to be honest)

Though I must correct you that usually on a google search for my name, my website comes-up.
PS- My infallibility is subject to the Pope's "ok", and he's been a bit too busy recently to deal with my application.

heh, yeah, Dan gets spots 1 and 2 on a google search, for his website and then his blog.
Of course google UK is different to google Australia, so we're probably not getting the same search results over here.

ok, so i just tried it again & got a total no show on the first page!!!
pretty gutted to be beaten by my nemesis from SLOUGH of all places!
but, i promise when i first tried it a few days back i was numero uno, & hames didnt come in until 2 or 3 on the list.
times change, so do websites.
